Place was clean and excellent value. The staff was genuinely nice and polite and great to deal with. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. The hotel had a great and fantastic location only a short distance to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The stay was relaxing. Appreciated how beautifully restored and perfect the property was. Everything was great, though a few employees were busy. I had a standard room included with a balcony looking onto the slopes, the shower gel, as for instance. The location was marvellous, right on the slope, convenient to go everywhere. Plus, it was so close to main bars, shops and restaurants, and skiing.

Everything was great, the parking was nearby, the room was heated and compact. The staff were extremely helpful and very competent hole time of my stay. Appreciated the room with a balcony looking onto the slopes, my bed was comfortable. The hotel was just next door to main bars, shops and restaurants, the slopes, and the restaurant thanks to its best possible location. I often went to Winter Cafe to pick up some food. The place was good value, no complaints whatsoever, recommend.

Came here for 4 nights with my wife, had a really good stay. All of the staff were exceptionally kind, pleasant. The location couldn't be more magnificent close to center. And it was also short walk to main bars, shops and restaurants, the slope and the main areas. I truly enjoyed the hotel and will certainly stay here again.
